Switchday dashboard

Built for every day.
Trusted for the hard ones.

Most co-parenting apps are shared calendars. Switchday adds the legal-grade record-keeping layer — automatically, from the first message you send.

No more disputed messages
Both parents see the same conversation, permanently. Every message is SHA-256 signed the moment it's sent — no edits, no rewrites. If a message is ever disputed, you have a signed record of exactly what was written, and when.

Generate a time-limited access link and share it with your legal team. They get read-only access to exactly the records you choose — no account, no signup.
AI tone coach
Before your message sends, the coach reads it and flags language that tends to escalate — phrases that provoke, accusations that are hard to walk back. A moment to decide if that's the message you want on record.

Expenses

What you said stays what you said.

Disputed messages are one of the biggest sources of co-parenting conflict. Text is evidence — and Switchday treats it that way.

Every message is cryptographically signed the moment it's sent. Both parents see the same conversation, permanently. No edits, no rewrites, no ‘that’s not what I said.’

The AI tone coach reads what you’ve written before it goes, and flags anything that could make a hard day harder.

Switchday messages

Your kids always know where they're going.

The schedule both parents see is the same schedule. No version conflicts, no ‘that’s not what we agreed.’

Custody days, switch times, handoff locations — all in one place both parents agreed to. When your kids ask where they’re going this weekend, you already know the answer. So does their other parent.

Switchday calendar

No more 'who paid for what'.

Soccer camp, school supplies, dentist visits — shared costs are a constant source of friction.

Every expense in Switchday is logged, timestamped, and waiting for approval. Clear records on both sides. No arguing about who owes what.

How your records stay tamper-proof

Three automatic steps happen every time you create a record — no action required on your end.

1
You create a record
Send a message, log an expense, add a calendar event. The moment you do, Switchday creates a SHA-256 hash — a unique digital fingerprint of exactly what was recorded, at that exact moment.
2
It's independently timestamped
That fingerprint is sent to DigiCert — a trusted third-party certificate authority — which issues an RFC 3161 timestamp token. An open standard used in legal, financial, and government systems. It proves the record existed at a specific moment and wasn't created or altered afterward.
3
The record is yours to use
Every record, its hash, and its RFC 3161 timestamp are stored and verifiable. Your attorney, mediator, or anyone you authorize can inspect them. One click exports everything as a formatted PDF with a full integrity manifest.

Each record is SHA-256 hashed at creation and independently timestamped via RFC 3161. Whether this is sufficient for your jurisdiction's evidentiary requirements depends on the court, the judge, and how it's presented. If you're using Switchday records in legal proceedings, discuss admissibility with your attorney. See our FAQ for more detail on the technical architecture.

We hope you never
need this part.

We built Switchday so co-parenting works smoothly, day to day. But if things get contentious — a dispute, a mediator, a court date — everything is ready. Every message, expense, and calendar event is signed and independently timestamped the moment it happens. One click exports your full record as a formatted PDF.
